Return and exchange policy

Once a product has been purchased and collected by or delivered to the consumer, Trustedge strictly does not accept returns. The product return or exchange requests will only be accommodated in the case of a valid defect with the device, for which warranty can be claimed. Exchanges, however, will be considered for products returned in the same purchased and brand-new condition, with all package seals intact and untampered with, within 3 working days. After inspection and consideration by Trustedge management, the consumer will be permitted to obtain a different product of equal value or upgrade to a different product by paying the price difference to Trustedge. This exchange option is available only within the specified 3 working days. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. Warranty Claims Can take up to 14 Days.
